Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns document governs all clothing orders placed on garmentrson.com and fulfilled by Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited. By placing an order, the buyer accepts the shipping, return, refund, damaged item, and non-returnable item terms stated in this document and in the Terms of Service.

Shipping Policy

Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited processes clothing orders after payment authorization and address verification. The buyer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect address or unavailable recipient.

Shipping timelines are standard and depend on carrier availability, destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited does not promise rapid delivery times. Delivery occurs when the carrier confirms delivery at the address provided by the buyer.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. The buyer pays all shipping costs shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier delivery confirmation. The buyer must inspect all packages upon delivery and report visible damage according to the damaged item section of this document.

Returns Policy

Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited offers a strict 14-day no-reason refund policy. A buyer may request a refund within exactly 14 calendar days after receipt of the clothing item. The buyer does not need to provide a reason for the refund request. The 14-day period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. Requests submitted after exactly 14 calendar days after receipt are not eligible for a no-reason refund. The 14-day return window is absolute and applies to all eligible clothing orders.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all original tags attached. Items must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, and damage caused by the buyer. The buyer must include the order number inside the return package. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited inspects every returned item. Returns that fail these conditions are non-returnable. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited may reject a return that does not meet these conditions and may return the item to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer completely bears all return shipping costs. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited does not reimburse return shipping costs. The buyer must pay the carrier directly for return shipping. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage during return transit. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged before delivery to the return address.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited at [email protected] within exactly 14 calendar days after receipt. Provide the order number, item description, and refund request. The buyer does not need to provide a reason for a no-reason refund. For damaged or defective items, the separate 7-day claim period in this document applies.

Step 2: Wait for return authorization. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited reviews the request and provides return instructions. The buyer must not send items before receiving return authorization.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in original packaging with all original tags attached. Include the order number inside the package.

If the return conditions are met, Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited approves the refund. If the return conditions are not met, Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited rejects the return and may ship the item back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Refund Processing

After Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited approves a refund, the refund arrival time is at least 14 days. Refund arrival time is at least 14 days from the approval date. The refund is issued to the original payment method used by the buyer. The buyer must ensure the original payment method remains active and able to receive the refund.

If Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited approves the claim, Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited provides return instructions and processes the refund according to the Refund Processing section of this document.

Non-Returnable Returns

Returns are non-returnable when items are used, worn, washed, altered, damaged by the buyer, missing original tags, or not in original packaging. Returns are non-returnable when the order number is missing from the package. Returns are non-returnable when the buyer fails to obtain return authorization before shipping. Returns are non-returnable when the return request is submitted after exactly 14 calendar days after receipt. Returns are non-returnable when the item fails the condition requirements in this document.
