Returns and Refunds
Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The user may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The user does not need to provide a reason. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. The user must contact [email protected] to initiate the return. The user must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return instructions. The 14 days period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. The user must return the item in the same condition as received. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited will inspect the returned item. If the item does not meet the condition requirements, Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited will refuse the refund. After Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited receives the returned item, refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The user is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Fengze Technology Hong Kong Co., Limited will not issue a refund for items returned after the 14 days period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The 7 days period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
